    Description

House of Frankenstein (Realart, R-1950). One Sheet (27" X 41"). "They did the mash, they did the monster mash!" O.K., it's a quote from Bobby (Boris) Pickett and not the film, but it sums up Universal's super-combination of their greatest monsters into one horror feast. Dracula (John Carradine), Wolfman (Lon Chaney Jr.) and Frankenstein's Monster (Glenn Strange) all show up to scare the living daylights out of the kid inside all of us. (The only reason the Mummy didn't appear was budgetary demands.) Throw in Boris Karloff's mad scientist and his hunchback assistant Daniel (J. Carrol Naish), and you'll have a "Monster Mash that's the hit of the land." This reissue one sheet has an extra horizontal fold, edge chips and tears, and a small hole in the credits. The poster has been professionally restored and mounted on linen, and looks brand new. Great spooky images of all the monsters. Fine/Very Fine on Linen.
