Description

House of Dracula (Universal, 1945). One Sheet (27" X 41").
After the success of House of Frankenstein, Universal quickly put a sequel into production, reuniting their stable of monsters once again. Glenn Strange electrified audiences in his role of Frankenstein's Monster, John Carradine flapped his way back into Dracula's cape, and Lon Chaney Jr. bared fangs once again as the Wolf Man. This poster, although a late entry in the Universal Monster series, remains one of the best and most popular among collectors. Retaining excellent color over the years, this one sheet has touchup to the folds, a few pinholes, and a small upper right corner chip. Unaddressed is a minor border nick and some pinholes in the borders. Very Fine- on Linen.

    Estimate: $5,000 - $10,000.
