Werewolf of London (Realart, R-1951). Folded, Very Fine-. Half Sheet (22" X 28").
Pre-dating Lon Chaney Jr.'s turn as the Wolf Man in 1941, Werewolf of London stars Henry Hull as a doctor who is bitten by a werewolf and stalks the streets of London at night as the titular hirsute monster. The film also stars Valerie Hobson who was also featured in The Bride of Frankenstein in 1935, the same year Werewolf of London was originally released. Heritage has only offered a half sheet for the 1951 re-release of the film once before, and the jam-packed image of violence, mystery, and a damsel in distress is a must-own for fans of classic horror. The half sheet displays edge and fold wear, pinholes, minute chips, small tears and fold separations, and some smudges and stains. The worst of the wear is in and near the borders, though there are a couple of mild creases in the left side of the image area.
