The Mummy (Universal, 1932). Fine/Very Fine. Lobby Card (11" X 14").
This classic Universal film, directed by Karl Freund, stars Boris Karloff as Imhotep, an ancient Egyptian priest resurrected after 3,700 years. Disguised as Ardath Bey, he seeks the reincarnation of his lost love, Ankh-es-en-amun. As he uses dark powers to reunite with her, terror and tragedy unfold. Known for its eerie atmosphere due to Freund's guidance, Charles Stumar's impressive cinematography, and Karloff's haunting performance, the film is a cornerstone of Universal's classic monster legacy. There has been expert touchup to pinholes in the corners and borders with a few that went into the dark border area at top. There is also a small spot of touch-up to the right of David Manner's head.
