The Mummy's Tomb (Universal, 1942). Title Lobby Card (11" X 14").
The first of Lon Chaney Jr's appearances as "the Mummy," this is also the first Mummy feature to be set in the U.S. as Kharis makes the trip onboard a ship resting in his tomb. This is the first time Heritage has offered this very scarce Universal title card and believe it is but one of a small number known to exist. The card has three pinholes in the top border, two in the left border, and one in the right border. There are three small pinholes within the image. There is a number seven written in pen in the upper left corner as well and a bend in the lower right corner. There is a small amount of brown paper tape remnants on the verso as well as some grease pencil numbering as well as a small surface paper lift in the upper right corner verso. The colors on this card are vibrant and the card is completely unrestored. From the Collection of Ron Moore. Very Fine.
