The Invisible Man Returns (Universal, 1940). Three Sheet (41" X 80").
Blessed with the presence of the great Vincent Price as the title character (his first horror role!), this film is a sequel to The Invisible Man (1933). When Geoffrey Radcliffe (Price) is jailed for a murder he did not commit, he convinces Dr. Frank Griffin (John Sutton), brother of the original Invisible Man, to inject him with the invisibility serum, even though Radcliffe is warned that the concoction will likely drive him insane. Escaping from prison, Radcliffe tracks down the real murderer (Sir Cedric Hardwicke), hoping to bring the fiend to justice before he entirely loses control. Ominous and foreboding of the danger to come, this incredible poster is also in remarkable condition for its age. Only light wrinkling and crossfold separation can be noted. Folded, Fine/Very Fine.
