The Curse of the Cat People (RKO, 1944). Three Sheet (41" X 81").
Although technically a sequel, this film takes a completely different direction than it's predecessor The Cat People. In this story, Amy, Irena's little girl, lives in a fantasy world and deals with her imaginary friend -- who turns out to be the spirit of her dead mother. Robert Wise would make his directorial debut with this film and make it as haunting and moody as any other horror film in the Val Lewton series for RKO. The poster is absolutely gorgeous and makes Simone Simon enchanting in so many ways. Other than a few very minor fold separations at the centerpoints, this poster is completely unused, presents beautifully, and is far superior to the one sheet. Very Fine/Near Mint.
