Son of Frankenstein (Universal, 1939). Title Lobby Card (11" X 14").
Boris Karloff returns as the Frankenstein monster for the very last time in this classic Universal horror film. Basil Rathbone portrays the son of the famed doctor and Bela Lugosi is Ygor, the demented hunchback. Featured in this lot is the very desirable and hard-to-find title lobby card for the film. The card has pinholes in the border and a couple extend into the image. The corners are rounded and have wear and creasing and there is some surface paper loss on the verso where tape appears to have been lifted near the bottom corners, mid-bottom of the card and upper right corner. There are a couple of pieces of brown paper tape and some grease pencil writing on the verso. There is no restoration on this card. The colors on this card are very strong and the interior image is in very nice condition. From the Collection of Ron Moore. Fine+.
