Night of the Living Dead (Continental, 1968). Folded, Very Fine-. Half Sheet (22" X 28").
Night of the Living Dead follows a group of strangers who take refuge in a rural Pennsylvania farmhouse as undead zombies attempt to break in and eat their brains. As the night unfolds, the survivors are picked off one by one by both zombies and internal conflict. In a grim twist, Ben survives until morning, only to be mistaken for a ghoul and shot by a vigilante posse. The film ends with his body burned without ceremony. Blending social commentary with visceral horror, the film redefined the zombie genre and shocked 1960s audiences. There is light edge wear and minute corner bumps, a few small to minute edge splits, small creases and dimpling. There are a few small stains and slight fold wear.
