King Kong (RKO, R-1952). Rolled, Fine+. Banner (24" X 82"). Horror.
Starring Fay Wray, Robert Armstrong, Bruce Cabot, Frank Reicher, Sam Hardy, Noble Johnson, and Victor Wong. Directed by Merian C. Cooper and Ernest B. Schoedsack. An unrestored poster with good color and an overall very presentable appearance. It may have significant edge wear, corner wear and corner bends, significant creases, very noticeable smudges and scuffs, moderate border tears, writing along the borders, some stains, and slight paper loss at the upper right corner. There are a few thick strips of plastic tape on the verso.
