Frankenstein (Universal, 1932). Swedish One Sheet (27.5" X 39.5").
Of all the original international posters designed for Frankenstein, this may be the most original with the Doctor (or is it his Monster?) out for a casual evening of grave-robbing. None of the film's principal players, Colin Clive, John Boles, Mae Clarke or even the great Boris Karloff, are given any screen credit here - it's just the outstanding Art Deco graphics selling Mary Shelley Wollstonecraft's story to the public in striking stone litho colors. Offered for only the second time at Heritage, this rare original release Swedish one sheet has slight handling creases, a bit of mild edge wear in the lower left border, and a few very minor tears. Folded, Very Fine+.
