    Description

Frankenstein Meets the Wolf Man (Universal, 1943). Lobby Cards (3) (11" X 14") Karl Godwin Artwork.
One of the greatest team-up films of all time, this classic horror feature brought together two of Universal's most popular monsters, the Frankenstein Monster and the Wolf Man, with Lon Chaney Jr. reprising his most famous role. Here we see Bela Lugosi taking his only turn as the mad doctor's Creature, accompanied by great profile shots of Chaney and Maria Ouspenskaya. Also offered are two great cards, both featuring Patric Knowles and Ilona Massey. One card shows us the film's final experiment with the two monsters hooked up to machinery, while the other depicts a tense village confrontation where you can spy Lionel Atwill off to the left side. The cards feature Karl Godwin's famous artwork in their border insets, and they have slight edge wear, a few rounded corners, some corner bends, bumps, and minor tears. A couple of cards have unobtrusive stains and smudges, and two cards have small pieces of paper tape on the verso. Two of the of cards have penciled writing on the verso. Very Fine-.
