Arguably the first horror, fantasy, and science fiction movie-related magazine of its time, Famous Monsters of Filmland with its editor Forrest J. Ackerman and publisher James Warren built a rabid following of fans for the genre from 1958-1983. This 100th issue anniversary edition showcases a reprinting of the magazine's best actor and movie featured over its fifteen year course, an interview with Mae Clarke "The Bride of Frankenstein", a complete filmography of Bela Lugosi, and a memorial article for the passing of Edward G. Robinson. An unrestored magazine with bright color and a clean overall appearance. It may have general signs of use, such as light edge and spine wear, mild creases, soft surface scuffs, or very minor tears. There is an ink stamp on the front cover.
