The Birds by Evan Hunter (Universal, 1962). Very Fine+. Autographed Copied Final Draft Script (182 Pages, 8.5" X 11"). Hitchcock.Offered in this lot is a mimeographed final draft script dated, January 26, 1962. Starring Rod Taylor, Jessica Tandy, Suzanne Pleshette, Tippi Hedren, Veronica Cartwright, Ethel Griffies, Charles McGraw, Ruth McDevitt, and Joe Mantell. Directed by Alfred Hitchcock. An unrestored script with bright color and a clean overall appearance. It may have general signs of use, such as slight edge wear, light creases, or or minute stains. The title has been handwritten on the cover and due to the fact that the script is copied, the date of print cannot be verified. The cover is signed by Tippi Hedren. Heritage Auctions believes that the autographed item in this lot is authentic, but know before bidding that no Certificate of Authenticity is provided.
