Description
Rear Window (Paramount, 1954). Half Sheet (22" X 28") Style B.In one of Alfred Hitchcock's finest thrillers, James Stewart plays a wheelchair-bound photographer who spies on his neighbors from his apartment window, and then becomes convinced that one of them (Raymond Burr) has committed murder. He enlists the help of his socialite girlfriend (Grace Kelly), and trademark Hitchcock suspense ensues. This style B half sheet is slightly more elusive than the style A, and is ready for display after touchup has been applied to pinholes in the corners with some in the background, edge wear with tears, some tears into the background, light stains in the image, and small chips in the lower border. Fine/Very Fine on Linen.
