Description

Psycho (Paramount, 1961). Spanish One Sheet (28" X 39.75") Style B, Fernando Albericio Artwork. From the collection of David Frangioni, author of Clint Eastwood: ICON & Crash: The World's Greatest Drum Kits.
A true collision of talents combine to make one of the finest suspense/horror films ever produced. Based on a novel by horror-meister Robert Bloch, with a teleplay by Outer Limits writer/producer Joseph Stefano, Psycho was directed by the legendary Alfred Hitchcock, who used the crew from his Alfred Hitchcock Presents TV series to keep production costs down. This one sheet is one of two styles issued in Spain. It shares the same tagline (in Spanish) as one of the American 40" X 60" styles -- "No one will be admitted in the last 40 minutes," and was designed by Fernando Albericio. In excellent condition, the poster only required touchup to the folds, horizontal misfolds, edge wear with small chips and tears, and a small gouge in Hitchcock's pant leg. Very Fine- on Linen.
