    Description

Dial M for Murder (Warner Brothers, 1954). Fine/Very Fine on Linen. Italian 2 - Fogli (39" X 55") Luigi Martinati Artwork.
Alfred Hitchcock directs Grace Kelly for the first time in this thriller, based on Frederick Knott's mystery play. Ray Milland is an aging tennis pro who plots the murder of his cheating wife by blackmailing a former schoolmate to kill her. When things don't go as planned, he must go to an alternate plan. A Heritage first, this Italian 2 - fogli had partial touchup applied to fold wear and separations, a tear at the bottom border into the Warner Brother's logo, as well as a couple of surface scratches in the title. The pink title has some paint touchup. Some of these issues are still visible, as well as unaddressed pinholes, moderate border tears, and a tape stain in the upper left border. Fine/Very Fine on Linen.
