    Grandma's Boy (Sud-Film A.G., 1924). Folded, Fine+. German Poster (37.75" X 56").
Labeled as "The King of Daredevil Comedy," Harold Lloyd created his most unforgettable character in 1917, one that was to remain a signature throughout his career with round glasses, a straw hat, and an unkempt suit. One of Lloyd's best films, Grandma's Boy, was highly influential in promoting feature-length comedies which combined gags with character development. He costars alongside Mildred Davis and Ann Townsend with much hilarity ensuing in this fan-favorite film. The poster shows edge and fold wear, mild fold separations, some creases, and pinholes. There are moderate tears in the borders with some chipping in the edges and folds. Also apparent are stains, smudging, and some toning. There are several pieces of archival tape on the verso bracing tears. Folded, Fine+.

    Estimate: $800 - $1,600.
