Description

    Goofy's Glider (RKO, 1940). One Sheet (27" X 41").
Everyone's favorite dopey dog attempts to fly in his own homemade glider, in this uproarious Walt Disney production. Taking instruction from a book, Goofy tries everything from running fast to a makeshift slingshot in hopes of becoming airborne. It isn't until he gets a bit of assistance from a canon and explosives that Goofy's dreams of flight become an out-of-this-world reality. This is only the second time Heritage has offered this one sheet. Restoration has addressed pinholes in the corners, two chips in the lower border, a small nick in a wing, and a tear extending from the lower border into Goofy's skates. The borders have been airbrushed, and some touchup has been applied to the folds. The exact dimensions of the poster are 27.5" X 40.75". Fine+ on Linen.
