    Gold Diggers of 1935 (Warner Brothers, 1935). Trimmed Pre-War Belgian (23.75" X 30.5").
Released during the depths of the Great Depression, this film isn't as much about the story as it is the music and the incredible Busby Berkeley choreography. Particularly memorable is the classic "Lullaby of Broadway" number. To say that paper for this title is rare would be a vast understatement, as this colorful piece is only the third item we have ever sold for the film, and it is the first Belgian that Heritage has has the pleasure to offer. Featuring great portraits of Dick Powell and Gloria Stuart, this poster has had light touchup to the folds, pinholes in the background, and a minor tear in the upper background. There are a few creases that have not been addressed. The imprint area has been trimmed, but this does not at all affect the poster's lovely image. Fine+ on Linen.

    Estimate: $500 - $1,000.
