DescriptionGilda (Columbia, 1946). Title Lobby Card (11" X 14").
This gorgeous title card depicts Rita Hayworth at the zenith of her career, cutting an iconic image as she poses coyly in her memorable Jean Louis black satin gown, almost overshadowing her torrid embrace with Glenn Ford in the lower right corner. This classic card shows edge wear, creases, minor tears, thin surface scuffs, unobtrusive stains, and smudging. There are a couple of tears near the bottom left corner, one of which goes into the white background and the other extends to Hayworth's smaller image with a bit of surface paper loss. Both of the tears have been repaired with paper tape on the verso, and there is also some paper tape on the verso near the edges. Fine/Very Fine.
Estimate: $400 - $800.
