DescriptionFull o' Spirits (Enterprise Distributing, 1920). Very Good/Fine on Linen. One Sheet (27" X 41") Alternate title: Full of Spirit.
Comedian Mack Swain stars in this rare short film. Swain began in films in 1913 as he was hired by Mack Sennett and appeared in several Mabel Normand shorts. Then Charlie Chaplin got ahold of him and gave him fame. Swain then created a character called Ambrose for a series of shorts. This is one of those films. Professional restoration has addressed edge and fold wear, mild fold separations, and small scattered chips. There were tears into the interior. The poster had a trim along its right border as well as a horizontal trim beneath the title. Airbrushing has been applied to the borders and Max Swain's credit. Very Good/Fine on Linen.
Estimate: $1,000 - $2,000.
