Description

From Russia with Love (United Artists, 1964). British Quad (30" X 40").
Sean Connery was back in his second outing as James Bond. He is on the search for a Russian decoding machine, known as Lektor. Bond needs to find this machine, before the evil SPECTRE organization discovers it first. This is the beautiful country-of-origin British quad with artwork by Renato Fratini and Eric Pulford. Considered rare by most Bond collectors, now is your chance to get one of the best. The top border was previously folded back. Touchup has been applied to the folds, pinholes in the borders, a chip in the bottom left corner, two small chips in the left border and three minor chips in the right. The poster had marker used to censor the two women to the left and right of the Connery image. The marker is no longer perceptible as almost all was soluble and washed away. There was some minor airbrush work to the poster but it displays beautifully. Fine+ on Linen.
