    Description

Frankenstein Meets the Wolf Man (Universal, 1943). Title Lobby Card (11" X 14").
The Wolf Man (Lon Chaney Jr.) needs help. He wants to find a cure to his transformation into a hideous killing creature, so he awakens Frankenstein's monster, played by the great Bela Lugosi, in hopes that he can find the eminent doctor's notes. All does not go according to plan, which leads to one of the best monster movies from Universal's horror heyday. The incredible cast also includes Ilona Massey, Patric Knowles, Maria Ouspenskaya, and Lionel Atwill. This wonderful title card has a lower left corner chip adhered by archival tape on the reverse, a minor chip in the top left corner, a small tear at the left border that is also backed by a piece of tape, and a dust shadow at the edges. There is museum tape on the reverse. With its incredible artwork showing the two monsters, this is a very desirable title card for horror collectors. Fine.
