Frank Sinatra in The House I Live In & Others Lot (RKO, 1945). Sheet Music (5) (Multiple Pages, 9" X 12") & Magazine (20 Pages, 8.25" X 10.75"). Short Subject.
Starring Frank Sinatra, Harry Kim, Teddy Infuhr, Merrill Rodin, and Axel Stordahl. Directed by Albert Maltz. Included with "The House I Live In" is music for Cole Porter's "Night and Day" (Harms Incorporated, 1940s), "I'm Living from Kiss to Kiss" (Edward B. Marks Music, 1942), "The Song's Gotta Come from the Heart" from It Happened in Brooklyn (Sinatra Songs, 1947), and "(Love Is) The Tender Trap" from The Tender Trap with Debbie Reynolds (MGM, 1955), along with a copy of the July 1954 issue of Song of the Month Magazine, which features music for "Young At Heart," along with great articles and photos of such stars as Marilyn Monroe and Robert Mitchum in River of No Return, Doris Day in Lucky Me, and more. Unrestored items with bright color and a clean overall appearance. They may have general signs of use, such as slight edge and spine wear, light spine separation, creases, unobtrusive stains or smudges, faint edge curling, or small tears. "The Song's Gotta Come from the Heart" shows additional creasing, and more significant spine separation, the magazine has signs of page toning, and "The House I Live In" has an extra song verse written in blue pen on the interior. Please see full-color, enlargeable images above for more details. Overall Grade: Very Fine-.
