    Description

    Pandora's Box/Beggars of Life Lot (Nero Film/SudFilm, 1929). German Program (8 Pages, 9" X 12") & French Photo (9" X 11.5").
Louise Brooks stars as an amoral and naive young woman whose beguiling ways bring ruin upon herself and those she encounters. This unique lot includes an eight page German program with multiple photos of Brooks sporting her trend setting "bob" hairstyle (light handling wear). The second item in this lot is equally interesting and rare: a French vintage gelatin silver, double weight, glossy photo from Brooks' Les Mendiants de la Vie (Beggars of Life), Paramount, 1928. It was trimmed slightly and there are pinholes in the top and bottom border, tiny nicks in the right corners, and writing on the verso that does not affect the front. Very Fine-.
