In one of the most haunting and stylish film noirs ever made, Laura stars Dana Andrews as a disillusioned detective who falls in love with the woman he believes to be the victim of a brutal murder, only to discover she's very much alive. With Gene Tierney embodying the enigmatic Laura in a performance that radiates glamour, and supported by a superb cast including Vincent Price and Clifton Webb as the acerbic Waldo Lydecker, the film weaves a suspenseful tale of mistaken identity and obsession. Shot with breathtaking elegance by Academy Award–winning cinematographer Joseph LaShelle and accompanied by its unforgettable theme song, Laura remains a noir masterpiece, and its one sheet poster, offered here and featuring a luminous image of Tierney, is highly prized by collectors. Airbrushing to the borders as well as the "A" in Andrews has corrected edge and fold wear, creases, and mostly small chips further addressed by replacement, while touchup to the folds has addressed fold wear, creases, crossfold separation, tears, and minute misfolds. Additionally, the linen has been trimmed very close and slightly unevenly to the borders.
