Description
I Was a Communist for the F.B.I. (Warner Brothers, 1951). One Sheet (27" X 41"). Dramatic poster for film released at the height of the "Red Scare" paranoia in this country. Film stars Frank Lovejoy and Dorothy Hart and is directed by Gordon Douglas. Unbelievably, this film was nominated by the Academy as the best "documentary" of 1951! Poster has silverfish damage on left side and a few tiny holes around the whole field. Very Good/Fine.Please see full-color, enlargeable images above for more details.
