Chinatown (Paramount, 1974). Three Sheet (41" X 81"). Roman Polanski's last U.S. film is one of the greatest detective stories ever made. Starring Jack Nicholson, Faye Dunaway and John Huston, it tells the tale of the corruption and murder involved in bringing water to drought-plagued Los Angeles in the 1930s. This beautiful three sheet was folded but has been mounted on linen and restored. The restoration addressed minor pinholes along the margins and fold separations common to folded three sheets. This is very clean paper with excellent color on the Richard Amsel artwork. Very Fine on Linen.
