DescriptionThe Wizard of Oz (MGM, 1945). Very Fine-. First Release Spanish Herald (5.5" X 3.5").
Based on Frank Baum's classic novel, this timeless tale of Dorothy's journey over the rainbow grows more popular with each passing generation. Starring the sixteen-year-old Judy Garland and a cast of extraordinary performers, the film is magic from the first black and white moment until the glorious Technicolor end. Signs of handling include slight edge wear, soft creases, minor tears, and a lightly rounded top right corner. There are a couple of faint stains, small paper remnants on the verso, and there is a minute paper lift at the bottom with a small bit of touchup. Very Fine-.
Estimate: $200 - $400.
