    It's a Wonderful Life (RKO, 1948). Italian 4 - Fogli (55" X 57") Averardo Ciriello Artwork.
    An enduring Christmas classic, Frank Capra directs James Stewart as the down-on-his-luck George Bailey who discovers how rich he actually is with the help of the hapless angel Clarence (Henry Travers). Selfless but perpetually broke and on the receiving end of numerous bad breaks, George contemplates suicide, but the intervention of Clarence shows him just how wonderful his life has been. Donna Reed -- in her first starring role -- is luminous as George's wife Mary. Both stars are dazzling on this very rare Italian poster by artist Averardo Ciriello. There is light edge wear on the right border, some paper loss in Donna Reed's hair and background, a small chip on the top right corner, and touchup on the folds with some chipping and tears. Professional restoration has addressed all these issues. Fine/Very Fine on Linen.
