Early to Bed (MGM, 1928). Lobby Card (11" X 14").
Laurel and Hardy play a couple of penniless vagrants suddenly flush with cash when Ollie inherits a fortune from his wealthy uncle. Hardy takes full advantage of his newfound wealth by purchasing a plush mansion, and hires Stan as his butler. Of course, problems ensue when the domineering master of the house goes too far with his pranks, and his new employee snaps. Any form of paper from this Laurel and Hardy early short is an exceedingly scarce find, and this is the first opportunity Heritage has had to offer this fine lobby card. In fact, it is only the second original item from the film we have ever had up for auction. Showing few issues, this card has a minor bottom right corner bend and pinholes in the corners, with slight rust stains on the bottom two pinholes. Very Fine+.

    Estimate: $1,000 - $2,000.
