    Description

They Drive By Night (Warner Brothers, R-1956). Insert (14" X 36"). George Raft and Humphrey Bogart star as brothers in this Raoul Walsh directed film about wildcat truckers. Over 65 years after its release, this film isn't remembered primarily as a Raft flick, nor as the film that made a star of Ida Lupino. It's now remembered as Humphrey Bogart's last time in character actor purgatory. The next year he would lead the casts of "High Sierra" and "The Maltese Falcon;" the year after that he made "Casablanca." This reissue insert has a corner crease, edge wear with tape on front and back, and slight soiling. Fine-.
