    The White Sister (MGM, 1933). Folded, Fine+. One Sheet (27" X 41") Style C. From the Mike Kaplan Collection.
    Heritage is pleased to present this style C one sheet, the only known copy, for the first time. Victor Fleming directs this dramatic wartime romance starring a young Clark Gable and Helen Hayes. An aristocratic young woman (Hayes) turns to the church and becomes a nun after her betrothed (Gable) is reportedly killed in WWI. Her faith is tested when he unexpectedly returns to her, and yet she does not renounce her vows. Indications of use include small fold separations, pinholes, minor tears, as well as minute chips. Also apparent are mild creases and some staining in the lower left image and borders.
