    Description

    The Gay Sisters & Other Lot (Warner Brothers, 1942). Uncut Pressbook (20 Pages, 11" X 17") & Pressbook (16 Pages, 12.25" X 15"). Drama.
Starring Barbara Stanwyck, George Brent, Geraldine Fitzgerald, Donald Crisp, Byron Barr (Gig Young), Nancy Coleman, Gene Lockhart, Grant Mitchell, and Anne Revere. Directed by Irving Rapper. Included in this lot is a pressbook from Tender Comrade (RKO, 1944), which is missing eleven pages and has a filing sticker on its front cover. Unrestored pressbooks that may be slightly brittle due to age, show paper loss or staining, spine and edge wear, very minor tape stains, writing in an unobtrusive place, and/or some very slight fading to colors. They are most likely in need of some degree of work or restoration. The Gay Sisters back and front covers are detached. Both pressbooks have previous institution ink stamps and handwritten numbers on their front covers; and have been folded horizontally. Please see full-color, enlargeable image below for more details. Very Good+.
