Rugged Water (Paramount, 1925). Rolled, Fine/Very Fine. Insert (14" X 36").
Offered for the first time at Heritage, Lois Wilson embraces Warner Baxter in front of calm waters in this peaceful-feeling insert for the 1925 film Rugged Water. The film also stars Wallace Beery and Phyllis Haver, and it was directed by Irvin Willat. This unrestored stone litho poster features bright color and a clean overall appearance. It has general signs of use including light edge wear, minor creases, and some very subtle rippling. There are a few slight smudges and stains in the borders and in the image area above the title. There is a pinhole in Warner Baxter's chin, and there is a small tear in the Paramount Picture text below the image. The tear is braced on the verso with a strip of archival tape.
