    Description

    Millie (RKO, 1931). One Sheet (27" X 41").
Referred to as the "electrifying sensation," Helen Twelvetrees entered the Hollywood film scene in 1929 after leaving a career on stage. She would prove to be a popular star throughout the 1930s, but would end up leaving the movie industry in 1939 to return to live theater. In this drama, Twelvetrees stars as the jilted Millie Blake, who turns to recklessly playing the field. When she finds out that one of her former lovers has now cast his spell on her daughter, she takes matters into her own hands and finds herself in a courtroom. Twelvetrees is gorgeous on this stone litho one sheet, that has been beautifully restored to address pinholes in the corners, a slight trim to the top border, a chip below the logo, and paper loss in the left border, credits, bottom section and bottom border. Madan. Very Good- on Linen.
