    Description

    Jezebel (Warner Brothers, 1938). One Sheet (27" X 41").
Directed by William Wyler, the film was nominated for Best Picture, Best Cinematography, and Best Score (Max Steiner). Bette Davis received her second Best Actress Oscar playing a stubborn Southern Belle who must have her way, controlling those around her with tragic results. Of all of the Davis one sheets, this beauty is considered by many to be the best. The poster was backed long ago but little was done to restore it other than some slight touch-up to the folds and pinholes in the corners. There was an additional fold approximately 4' from the top border and another one running vertically down the left side. The top fold has had some slight paint touch up applied. Fine+ on Linen.
