Hold Your Man (MGM, 1933). Rolled, Fine. Half Sheet (22" X 28").
Based on the story by Anita Loos, small time thief Clark Gable tries to go straight for new girlfriend Jean Harlow. Things get out of hand when his jealousy leads to an accidental death, and Harlow is left taking the rap in this racy pre-Code drama. The poster was never folded and has been gel backed, with professional restoration to address a few pinholes in the borders and background, slight paper loss in the upper and lower borders, and applied touchup to the borders. The poster has undergone color enhancement for some color fading, and there is minor post-restoration tear in the upper right corner with archival tape on the verso.
