Description

    Citizen Kane (Titanus, R-1966). Italian 2 - Fogli (39" X 55").
Orson Welles' masterpiece is the tragic story of an ambitious man who drives away all of his friends in his climb to the top, only to find himself alone, pining for his lost childhood. Brilliantly photographed, directed, acted and written by Welles, it is one of cinema's greatest achievements. The outstanding cast also includes Welles' fellow Mercury Theatre players Joseph Cotten, Everett Sloane, Agnes Moorehead, and Ray Collins. This intriguing Italian poster has touchup to the folds and a chip in the lower crossfold. Unaddressed wear includes a studio number punch in the lower left corner and some light foxing. The linen and poster have a slight wave. Very Fine on Linen.

    Estimate: $300 - $600.
