    Description

Citizen Kane (RKO, R-1957). Polish One Sheet (24" X 34").
Orson Welles starred, directed, produced, and co-wrote this, his first feature film, which would go on to become one of the most important and influential American pictures of all time. Lightly based on the life of newspaper tycoon William Randolph Hearst, the film features many of the Mercury Theatre Players Welles had previously worked with, including Everett Sloane, Joseph Cotten, and Ray Collins. Paper on the title is always in demand, and highly sought after by collectors. Featuring eye-catching artwork by Henryk Tomaszewski, this Polish poster from the first re-release in 1957 has edge wear, some creasing, a dust shadow in the upper border, a separation at the center crossfold, and a small tear under the green "Kane" near the center of the poster. Folded, Fine/Very Fine.
