    As a writer/director, Orson Welles' career proved inconsistent, but no one can deny the importance, influence, and downright greatness of his debut feature, Citizen Kane. Fresh from his triumph with the Mercury Theater Players and their infamous "War of the Worlds" radio broadcast, Welles was afforded almost unprecedented control over his first film, and the result was an unparalleled fusion of script, performance, and direction, creating a genuine masterpiece that would stand the test of time. For the first time, Heritage presents a Danish one sheet from this illustrious film. Minor wear includes small cross fold separations, pinholes in the corners, misfolds, and a dated censor stamp in the upper left. Folded, Very Fine-.
