Beau James & Other Lots (Paramount, 1957). Folded, Overall: Fine/Very Fine. Vera Miles Signed Inserts (3) (14" X 36"). Drama.
Starring Bob Hope, Vera Miles, Paul Douglas, Alexis Smith, Darren McGavin, Joe Mantell, Horace McMahon, Richard Shannon, Willis Bouchey, Sid Melton, George Jessel, Walter Catlett, Jack Benny, and Jimmy Durante. Directed by Melville Shavelson. Included in this lot are inserts for Back Street (Universal, 1961) and Five Branded Women (Paramount, 1960). Unrestored posters that display signs of use. May include some edge, fold, and corner wear, pinholes, creases and handling wear, slight smudges and scuffs, a few border tears, subtle darkening, and light staining. Of special note, each of these posters have been signed by one of their starring actresses, Vera Miles. There is a strip of paper ape on the verso of Beau James. Although previously folded, these posters will be shipped rolled. The majority of the wear in this lot is in Beau James. Heritage Auctions believes that the autographed item in this lot is authentic, but know before bidding that no Certificate of Authenticity is provided.
