Titans of the Deep (Grand National, 1938). Three Sheet (41" X 81").
In this early documentary, scientists Dr. William Beebe and Otis Barton, used a diving apparatus called a Bathysphere to descend several thousand feet to the ocean floor, so they could study and film sea creatures, many of which had never been seen before. This very striking and dramatic three sheet has wrinkles, crossfold separations with small areas of paper loss, two small chips in the bottom border, and a chip at the right side. Some of these issues have had limited touch up, and there is some soiling. Fine+ on Linen.
