DescriptionDial M for Murder (Warner Brothers, 1954). Very Fine- on Paper. Half Sheet (22" X 28").
Ray Milland portrays a retired tennis pro who discovers his wife, the stellar Grace Kelly, has had an affair. He concocts a well thought out scheme to have her murdered, involving blackmail and burglary, in this nail-biter from Alfred Hitchcock. This is the first of three films Kelly would star in for the master of suspense, and it is easily one of her best. This fantastic half sheet truly highlights the terror of the film, rather than placing emphasis on the stars. Now professionally restored, this poster once displayed slight edge wear, mild creases, staple holes, and small tears. There was a chip near the top right corner and the borders have been airbrushed. Very Fine- on Paper.
Estimate: $800 - $1,600.
