DescriptionDeliverance (Warner Brothers, 1972). Very Fine- on Linen. Full-Bleed One Sheet (27" X 41") Advance.
Adapted from the popular novel by James Dickey, director John Boorman's story tells of a nightmarish journey taken by four "city boys" down a river in the backwoods of Georgia. The excellent cast included Burt Reynolds, Jon Voight, Ronny Cox and Ned Beatty. Deliverance was nominated for three Academy Awards, including Best Picture and Best Director. Presenting with very bright color, this rare advance one sheet has mild fold wear, slight fold separations, and pinholes. There are a few creases, minor tears braced with cellophane tape on the verso, as well as a minute chip in the upper right corner. A couple of the tears and pinholes have light touchup. Very Fine- on Linen.
Estimate: $1,600 - $3,200.
