Dead of Night (Ealing, 1946). Australian Lobby Card Set of 8 (11" X 14"). One of the best and most original horror films ever made concerned a group of people discussing their recurring nightmares that seem to have become real. For the American release of this British classic, Universal thought the film ran too long and cut two segments, leaving US audiences confused. Original British posters, or American posters for that matter, for this sought after title have always been scarce. These Australian lobbies are rare and it may be a very long time until these are seen again. Each card has approximately one pinhole per corner and exhibits slight smudging on a few of the scenes. Very Fine.
