DescriptionDas Milliardentestament (Union Films, 1920). Fine on Linen. German Poster (36" X 49"). Karv Munchen Artwork.
Though this ominous first-time offer at Heritage could lead one to assume Franz Seitz's picture to be a horror film, it is actually a comedy where an American billionaire fakes his own death. Either way, it's an incredible stone litho image that has had corrections to fold wear and separations, chipping in folds, chips in the borders, and tears. Still visible is surface scuffing and creasing. The borders and the grey background have been airbrushed.
Estimate: $600 - $1,200.
