This cult classic was the ultimate in exploitation of sex, drugs and rock and roll that summed up a generation in the late 1960s. The poster uses psychedelic imagery and colors that plays up the sex aspects of the film prior to the characters finally reaching the tower of LSD. Producer David Friedman was (along with Herschel Gordon Lewis) the king of underground, independent exploitation movies during the early 1960s. This was one of his last films as an independent and he used all of his experience in film making to make this one of his best.
