Bullitt (Warner Bros., 1968). Folded, Fine/Very Fine. One Sheet (27" X 41").
A landmark in action cinema, blending minimalist storytelling with sharp style, Steve McQueen delivers a quietly powerful performance, redefining the modern screen hero with understated cool. The film's high-speed car chase is legendary, shot with visceral energy. Peter Yates' direction brings a documentary-like realism, while Lalo Schifrin's jazzy score adds noir atmosphere. More than just a thriller, Bullitt revolutionized the cop genre. There is dimpling and small internal creasing; a chip out of the left border in the top panel, a chip in the third left panel as well as another from the bottom corner and each has a short strip of white tape on the verso. Additionally, there is a small bit of writing on the verso along a little of the upper vertical fold that is slightly visible to the recto.
